From Waseda 2012 Alumni's point of view, Waseda is a university where knowledge, freedom and humanity were combined. There's no racism here at Waseda, whether you're native speaking of Japanese, English or others languages. All students have freedom to do what they want as it's very hard to find a place like this in Japan. I was studied in others university before and I can say that Waseda provides very strong academic. I, myself fluent in both English and Japanese, so I've choose to took classes in both languages and submitted my thesis in Japanese while other friends chose all Engish or Japanese. See? where else will give you a freedom like Waseda. Everyone is really friendly here and professors are surely came from prestigious school like MIT etc., I love this school so much. I dare you to come visit :D

Waseda is a respectable school in Japan with a charming campus in the middle of Tokyo. The school has a fascinating history, and many of the professors care deeply about what they do.

Love this place! For a foreigner like me, they really treat me well as we are not different at all. Full of international students environment and cool architecture buildings surrounding the university.The lecturer are so great. I learned a semester here as an exchange student. Definately the best studying abroad experience I ever had.

One of the top private university in Japan.Big old trees seem to tell us a long history of this uni. Unfortunately there were no students when we visited cause it was a semester break.As soon as Sakura starts blooming in the school there will be many students coming with a great expectation for this year’s school life.It was fun to take a walk around the campus. The garden was great and there was a statue of a great Chinese scholar Confucius.

Nice university obviously, but there's way too many people on campus. Personally I didn't have too much fun at this uni... and the location is awful. You'd wonder if you are really in Tokyo, not the countryside.

There are several over-10-floor buildings in the school territory, which afford you fantastic views of Tokyo city from above. Modern buldings are well-situated among a huge traditional-style garden, giving students and visitors a sense of mental peace.
